This is very rare, but if it does happen, don't worry. Sometimes the courier may misplace orders / returns but as long as you can provide a receipt for the postage you paid to return your item/s back to us, we'll provide you with Sixthsaint store credit.

Without the postage receipt, sadly we aren't able to process any return requests if the return has been lost in transit back to our warehouse.
