At Sixthsaint, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product/s you have received, we will happily issue a refund (for the value of the product purchased, not the postage fees), exchange or store credit for the returned items within 30 days of delivery. 

All returns and exchanges must be made via our online portal in order to be accepted. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn and in a re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund. Sadly we cannot offer returns or exchanges for earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

Items received after our 30 day returns period will not be accepted if you requested a refund. Instead, you will be provided with a Sixthsaint store credit code for the value of the returned item.

Refunds on item/s returned after the 30 day window will not be honoured. 

We currently do not provide free returns labels, you will be responsible for the return postage on your return/s. We require that you purchase a tracked service for you return in the event that your return gets lost in transit.

Returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the courier, in case you need to contact us or in the even that your return is lost in transit.

If your order has been lost in transit, without sufficient proof of postage, we will not be able to process any return requests. However, if you are able to provide a postage receipt or a tracking number for your return, we'll provide you with Sixthsaint store credit.
