How do I start a return?Updated 2 years ago

Our returns and exchange process is very easy. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal, here.

If you do have any questions or concerns, please contact our expert support team at [email protected]

Please ensure that you obtain and keep your proof of postage receipt for your returned item/s, in the event that the return is lost during transit back to us, we are then able to process your request.

Without the proof of postage receipt, we are unable to honour the return request in the event the return is lost in transit.

We can only offer free postage from us, for an exchange / refund for damaged / faulty goods once per order.
