Your return request will be processed within 1-2 working days from the date that your return has been received back at our warehouse.

Refunds will be issued once approved by our team. It can then take 7 working days for the money to be credited back to the original method of payment.

Once an exchange has been approved, processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your new tracking information.
