What does the Sixthsaint lifetime guarantee cover?

Our lifetime guarantee covers any accidental breakage to your Sixthsaint product (i.e. a chain clasp breaking). We are confident in our products to say that this is highly unlikely, which is why we can offer this guarantee, however if it does occur, just email a photo and description of what has gone wrong to [email protected] along with your order number and we will process a replacement item for you or in store credit to spend at Sixthsaint.

Please be aware that our lifetime guarantee only covers what we state will not happen, so if your product is lost, stolen or damaged by a third party, then sadly we cannot cover this.
