How do we pay for your customs charge?

It couldn't be easier, simply drop us an email at [email protected]. Use the Subject Line: "EU Customs Charge", so our customer support team can find you in our system.

In the email you will need to provide 2 things:

1) Your order number (you'll find this in the order confirmation email we sent you after purchase)

2) A payment link from your local courier (so that we can pay this directly)

In the event that you pay for the customs charge yourself, please let us know so that we can reimburse you.

If your local courier decides to send your order back to our warehouse, we will notify you via email to inform you of the next steps needed to get your order back out to you.
